The design for the office complex, conceptualizes an integrated co-existence of facilities. The prime idea behind the design is to create a vibrant office complex, which can also be used as cultural cum recreational centre.
A central green oasis is the heart of this office complex. Providing lush green views to the interior facade of the office building, the green oasis becomes a platform for various cultural and recreational activities such as art exhibition, landscaped plaza and food court. A linear water body runs amidst the landscaped plaza, along which food kiosks have been developed. Additionally an open air theatre which can be used as centre for performing arts and a party lawn create a lively and electric atmosphere.
The building is designed imbibed with principles of sustainability and the built form has been planned:
