The Cluster Innovation Centre consists of a central amphitheatre along with several functional class rooms and faculty rooms. The focal point of the building is the sunken internal courtyard which amalgamates nature into the building. 

The Multi Level Car Park has 3 levels of undergound parking with Convocation Halls, Food Stalls, Multipurpose Halls, Banks and Post Office etc, accomodated in 3 floors.
