Ar. Gurpreet Shah has more than a decade of local and international architecture and urban design experience. With his vision to deliver a new generation of Airports and Mass transit facilities that are sustainable and also give a world class travel experience, Mr. Shah has pioneered sustainable infrastructure designs in India.

Prior to joining Creative Group Mr. Shah has worked with Beyer Blinder Belle Architects, New York, USA. Here he led the development of future campus planning frameworks for Indiana University, Bloomington and Princeton University, New Jersey. The work includes an analysis of the infrastructure, land utilization and the open space to develop a framework plan for future development.

He won the Indian Institute of Architects’ (NC) Design Award in 1999 and the William Kinne Fellows Award – A Travel prize awarded by Columbia University to study “Monuments and Contested Public Space” in Greece and Istanbul in 2004.

In Q1 of 2012 his team successfully completed the much coveted Mega Design project for Modernization of Chennai Airport. Under his leadership the firm has won the design competitions for Airport Terminals at Vadodara, Raipur and Goa, their city-side development, the Metro Station at Chennai Airport, Sustainable housing for TERI, LIC housing (Jaipur), Corporate Offices for OIL India Ltd. and Haryana Power Generation Corporation etc. With the sustainable Ananda housing project, Ar. Gurpreet Shah has pioneered the highly functional yet efficient designs for low cost housing. With a consistent record of delivering designs close to original intent and within the stipulated time and budget, his projects have won many accolades and received much acclaim from the press, profession and general public alike. Some of which include Best Infrastructure Project of the Year Tamil Nadu by UltraTech 2012 for Chennai Airport, Best Infrastructure Project of the Year by AICA (2013-14) for Chennai Airport, Best Airport(Rest of India), National Tourism Award by Ministry of Tourism for Raipur Airport, Outstanding Concrete Structure, ICI by Ultratech 2014 for Goa Airport.

His designs have been recently selected for four new railway stations in Naya Raipur through a global design competition. He is also entrusted for designing Gems School, the first school in the smart city of Kochi. By virtue of his diverse experience and unique design ideology, the firm has been selected by various cooperates to design their office complex all over India.

Mr. Prabhpreet Shah is spearheading the strategy, feasibility analysis and commercial development analysis for project initiatives at Creative Group. He brings with him nine years of rich international strategic management, techno- commercial feasibility analysis, business development and consulting experience across the real estate, architecture, infrastructure, energy, pharmaceuticals and IT sectors. Mr. Shah is an engineer and an MBA specializing in Marketing and Finance. He graduated as one of the top students from the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad, being the Dean’s list and Merit list awardees at the school. He has worked with and consulted several leading multinational firms and on mergers & acquisitions, new market entry, operations optimization and business process enhancement etc. Mr. Shah has widely travelled across the globe.

Under his leadership the firm has established several local and international alliances thus bringing innovative techniques and design practices to the firm that are global in nature yet customized to the local needs. Mr. Sourabh Goshami, an MBA graduate, masters in business management administration from Nirma 2002 and corpotate program on International Business Course from IIM Indore

Scott B. Knox is a senior architect and urban designer with widespread experience in housing, transportation, and community design. His design inspiration in the built environment comes from the relationship people have with nature. The thought process of his work blends architecture, engineering, film, theatre, writing and speaking.

Over decades he has designed large scale projects like Logan Airport, Smithsonian Institute, Albany Nanotech, Johns Hopkins University, Global Foundries, Toronto International Airport, Tartikov Village, USB Financial and Honeycomb Village. For him, leadership and follow-through go hand-in-hand to lift the inspiration of design into reality.

With over 16 years of expertise, Ar. Puneet Bharadwaj has worked for a variety of architectural firms. As an Airport Architect at Creative Group LLP, he is responsible for coordinating and scheduling design review sessions as well as consolidating input from stakeholders, including any third-party reviewers. Feedback on the design should be coordinated with the Design Consultant. Stakeholders should be invited to design review sessions. In collaboration with the Design Consultant, monitor and track the development of the sustainability plan as well as the tracking of LEED components. Confirm that any design concerns that have been resolved have been included in the design submittal packages. Coordinate submittal/shop drawing evaluations with HAS project stakeholders, including as subject matter experts, airport operations, and the project team.

With 19 years of experience in the architectural field, Ar. Surjit S. Bhambra has worked for a number of firms, holding positions ranging from Jr. Architect to Project Architect. For the past 12 years, I’ve been heading the team as a Terminal Interior Designer and Senior Architect at Creative Group LLP. Ar. Surjit Singh contributed to the development of the airside and city side by offering architecture and engineering services. Mr. Gurmukh S. Bawa, an economist by profession with a postgraduate degree in economics from Meerut University, aided the AAI in reaching new heights by establishing a full-fledged Computer Based Training unit at the National Institute of Aviation Management & Research (NIAMAR), as well as a Course Development Unit, Statistical Unit, and Management Information System Unit in the AAI. He provides nearly 40 years of experience in airport administration, economics, and public relations, among many other aspects.

He got the Lifetime Achievement Award for his outstanding contributions to the area of public relations. Mr. Bawa has been sharing his knowledge and experience with Creative Group LLP as an Aviation Consultant for almost 2 years now. Mr. Anjan K. Mitra holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from IIT Rourkela and has worked in India for 42 years. Mr. Mitra worked for the Airport Authority of India for 35 years, fulfilling all of his obligations and responsibilities. Mr. Mitra joined Creative Group LLP as a Senior Engineer-Airport System, where he is in charge of designing lighting systems for architectural projects that use light and working light fitting qualities. determining the extent, nature, and style of lighting that will aesthetically enrich the structure, and researching the impact and effect of the designed lights, as well as the emotional response they elicit For economic and aesthetic reasons, ensuring that over-illumination, glare, and colour confusion are avoided. To merge lighting patterns into the background, use illumination.

Accomplishments Part of various Airport construction projects commissioned across the country viz – Terminal -2 at IGI Airport, New Delhi in 1986 – which was a landmark project at that time. Terminal 2C at Mumbai Airport in 1999 and later expansion of Terminal IA there. Reconstruction of Bhuj Airport at Gujarat in 2004 after it was ravaged in an earthquake. A very challenging task considering the severe damage all around. Surat Airport in 2006 – a brown field project New Terminal 2 at Kolkata Airport in 2013 – which won numerous awards in India & abroad.

Mr. Pan Singh Negi is one of Creative Group’s most experienced team members, with nearly 38 years of expertise in the aviation industry. Mr. Negi possesses more than 37 years of professional experience in Air Traffic Management and Air space design and around 30 years he has worked with Airport Authority of India.
