Festival of Architecture and Interior Design (FOAID 2015) invited Prof. Shah to be a speaker and panelist for a discussion on 'Design Strategies for an Eco-Sensitive Environment.' Prof. Shah was asked to elaborate on sustainable design strategies used for airports to help the gathering understand 'smart airports.' 
Prof. Shah also elaborated on the need for housing for the Economically Weaker sections and the management of traffic for the better functioning of cities.
