    The site requirement is to construct a new passenger terminal and cargo terminal, and associated infrastructure, at Librevelle International Airport to support future growth of the airport.

    The new terminal will serve as the primary international airport gateway into the country, providing scheduled passenger, charter and cargo freight services.
